A restroom trailer is a portable, self-contained unit equipped with multiple restroom stalls, sinks, and other amenities. These trailers provide a higher level of comfort and convenience compared to standard portable toilets.

Each Luxi Loo Rentals restroom trailer comes equipped with:

- Flushing Toilets

- Sinks with Running Water

- Climate Control (Air conditioning on all units, heat by request)

- Mirrors and lighting

- Toilet paper and paper towels

- Soap dispensers and air freshener sprays

- In-stall music (radio or Bluetooth options)

- High-end, luxury finishes and artwork

Currently, we offer a 4-stall restroom trailer option for our clients. This versatile trailer size covers a wide range of events, with larger guest counts opting for multiple trailers.

Our restroom trailer rentals begin at $995 for our smallest size. Other factors such as power, water and mileage needs will affect pricing. Reach out today for a customized quote tailored to your specific needs!

Our restroom trailers can be powered by a generator (at least 5,000 dedicated watts) or connected directly to an electrical source (standard 110V, 3-prong outlet). Water can be supplied via an on-board water tank or connected to an external water source (traditional water spigot). Our team will provide all connection cords and hoses. We will work with you to determine the best setup for your event.

Please note, if you do not have a water or power source at the trailer site, Luxi Loo Rentals can provide for an additional fee.

If the restroom trailer is being connected to a power and water source on the property, the trailer must be placed within 75 feet of both sources. We also recommend placing the trailer on a flat, level surface.

Our team handles the delivery, setup and pickup of each restroom trailer. A representative from Luxi Loo Rentals will reach out to each booked client the week prior to your event to coordinate delivery details, times and logistical needs. Setup can range from 1-2 hours depending on power and water needs. Our team will promptly pickup the restroom trailer following the event based on customer requests. Please know that our team does not need a client representative on-site for pickup unless there are location restrictions (gates, codes, obstructions) that need to be handled.

Unfortunately, no! We are strictly a luxury restroom trailer company and only offer those units for our clients.

Unfortunately, we do not offer ADA-compliant restroom trailers at this time for our clients. Please reach out if your event requires these amenities and we are more than happy to connect you with suppliers in the area.

Waste from restroom trailers is stored in an on-board holding tank. After an event, our team will pump out the waste and ensure it is disposed of properly, adhering to all health and environmental regulations.

The duration a restroom trailer can be used before it needs servicing depends on the number of guests and hours of event operation. For most events, our trailers can operate throughout the entire event without needing service. Our 4-stall restroom trailer can handle approximately 1,400 flushes before reaching capacity. We work with clients to make sure the right plan is in place for your trailer needs.

Most of our restroom trailer rentals occur in Northwest Arkansas. We include 60 miles of delivery from Bentonville, AR in our pricing, and any location beyond that radius is charged an additional mileage fee. We also cover parts of Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your restroom trailer as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons (May, June, September, October). Ideally, you should book at least 3-6 months in advance.
